Florida Appellate Attorney

Florida Appellate Attorney

Marcia K. Lippincott provides personal appellate representation to individuals, businesses, and governmental entities statewide. She will work with your trial attorney, or alone, to be “Your Appellate Partner.”

She has held the Florida Bar designation “appellate expert” since the 1994 inception of that board certification and has also received Martindale-Hubbell’s elite “Av” rating for excellence in legal ability, conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence since 1988.

In 2011-2016, 2018-2020 Florida Trend Magazine named Ms. Lippincott one of Florida’s Legal Elite, an honor bestowed on only 2% of Florida attorneys. Florida Trend states attorneys chosen “exemplify a standard of excellence in their profession, and by doing so have received endorsement from their peers.”

Additionally, Thompson Reuters has included Ms. Lippincott in the 2006-2009, and 2011-2020 editions of Florida Super Lawyers. This recognition is reserved for the top 5% of Florida attorneys determined by independent research, and review by both peers and a blue ribbon panel.

Recognized as a “Preeminent Attorney” in Martindale Hubbel’s National Bar Registry since 2004, she has argued before all five Florida District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia.

While a large firm may enjoy the assistance of a partner skilled in the specialized field of appellate practice, solo practitioners and members of small to medium law firms may not have that luxury. Ms. Lippincott will fill that void, and contribute more than thirty years of appellate experience to your case.

Ms. Lippincott stands ready to assist you at any point in the proceeding — from drafting the complaint in a complex matter, to summary judgment, trial, post-trial motions, and, of course, the appeal. Her office is located in the Central Florida area, making all five District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court easily accessible.
