The Orange County Circuit Court required the Plaintiffs in a specific performance action to file a lis pendens bond in the amount of $600,000.00. Ms. Lippincott represented the Plaintiffs in a certiorari proceeding and was successful in securing the reduction of the bond from $600,000.00 to $20,000.00.
